Despondency and Drawing with a new pencil...

I'd been feeling a bit despondent with my life drawing lately as I seemed to be getting worse!

I decided to try a new thick black pencil this week and I'm quite pleased with how this drawing went...

This weeks poses were slightly shorter than I usually like...

Dr.Sketchy London 23rd March

So this was my first time attending Dr.Sketchy, it was a lot of fun, but I struggled hugely as the poses were short (2 to 10mins max). 

I think I needed to loosen up a lot more and experiment! I'll definitely be going again though and will try to be less stiff next time... Maybe a few more bloody marys will do the trick!

For this pose we had to do a Narnia theme...

This one was animal themed...

This was a super short pose making the model angular!
